With Stewart Lee + Simon Munnery + Tony Law + Dana Alexander + Patrick Monahan + Naz Osmanoglu + tbc.

Resofit is a fund-raising gala comedy night for Resonance FM – “the best radio station in London” (The Guardian). The bill, organised by and starring Stewart Lee, sees the Comedy Underground mining upwards and onwards for independent arts radio. Joining Stew on stage are  a diverse array of comedy stars: Simon Munnery, Tony Law, Dana Alexander, Patrick Monahan and Naz Osmanoglu. A special VIP guest celebrity raffle is also promised.

Three times winner of the Radio Academy’s Nations and Regions Award and in its seventeenth year of broadcasting, Resonance is a not-for-profit station which needs to raise cash to maintain its extraordinary 24/7 service. All proceeds from Resofit will allow Resonance to continue to remain the “home of all that is wonderfully weird” (Miranda Sawyer, The Observer) and to provide ”All the sounds you never knew you needed to hear… a radio station of true variety” (Robin Ince, The Big Issue).

“The voice of London” (Time Out), Resonance has since its inception featured radical radio comedy from the likes of Baconface, John Dredge, Paul Foot, Jessica Hynes and Julia Davis, Tony Law, Josie Long, Simon Munnery, Kayvan Novak, Lewis Schaffer, Izzy Suttie, Rosie Wilby and many more. Its summer schedule will feature a new breakfast series by Daniel Kitson – who has his own key to the studio and likes to let himself in when no one else is about.
